Forum Title: Another pool painting job
This small area(under 1000sq ft) is the ceiling for a therapy pool. I am painting the ceiling and walls white. I was going to use epoxy with a two part urethane. However this room is part of a three story office complex with shared Hvac system. Smell and toxic fumes are a major concern. Even on a weekend. Anyone recommend a water based system that would hold up in a pool environment ? This ceiling is maybe 10 feet from the not yet installed pool.

One two part waterborne epoxy I can think of is PPG Aqua Pon. It has a durable finish when cured, and will resist chemicals better then single component materials. If uv's aren't a problem, the A Pon can act as a finish. It has to be noted, that A Pon has a prey significant order but is likely less toxic than solvent borne.
