Anyone recommend a water based system that would hold up in a pool environment ? This ceiling is maybe 10 feet from the not yet installed pool. One two part waterborne epoxy I can think of is PPG Aqua Pon. It has a durable finish when cured, and will resist chemicals better then single component materials. If uv's aren't a problem, the A Pon can act as a finish. It has to be noted, that A Pon has a prey significant order but is likely less toxic than solvent borne.
